Introduction to the 22nd China-ASEAN Expo

Since 2014, the China International Fair has established a special partner mechanism, and invited countries outside the region to serve as special partners every year, and held special economic and trade exchange activities respectively. The China International Fair has expanded from serving "10+1" to serving along the "Belt and Road". The ASEAN Expo has strengthened cooperation with the World Trade Organization, and the World Trade Organization and the United Nations International Trade Center have become support units of the ASEAN Expo. Heads of international organizations such as the World Trade Organization, the World Bank, the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development, and the United UNIDO attended previous ASEAN Expo. The ASEAN Expo attracted more and more foreign companies from the region to participate in the exhibition, promoting China and ASEAN as a whole to participate in international economic cooperation, and increasing its influence in the world.

The theme of the 22nd ASEAN Expo is "Digital intelligence empowers development, innovation leads the future - using new opportunities in the China-ASEAN Free Trade Zone 3.0 version to help build a community with a shared future." This year marks the signing of the China-ASEAN Free Trade Zone 3.0 version Protocol and the end of the "ASEAN Community Vision 2025", and is also an important commemorative time for China to establish diplomatic relations with six ASEAN countries.
