China Business Aviation Association was established in December 2016 and officially approved by the Beijing Municipal Civil Affairs Bureau in March 2017, which issued the association's social group legal person license. It is the first industry association organization in China dedicated primarily to the development of business aviation and currently the only nationwide, industry-representative, and influential social group organization in the domestic business aviation sector.

The association will fully leverage its industry resource advantages, adopting an innovative cooperation model of "government leadership, association guidance, and enterprise participation." By promoting a work spirit of "forward-thinking, cross-industry collaboration, industry pioneering, and coordinated development," the association will assist government departments and unite its member units to develop business aviation-related industries. Together, they will create a business environment that aligns with the characteristics of the business aviation industry and promote comprehensive development within the industry.
