Tangerang, 23 July 2025 — GIIAS (Gaikindo Indonesia International Auto Show) 2025 once again becomes the main stage for the launch of innovative vehicles, and this year, Wuling and MG brought a major surprise: new variants that combine advanced technology, efficiency, and modern style for Indonesian consumers.

Wuling and MG drew attention at GIIAS 2025 with their latest electric models—Wuling’s bold, futuristic EV and MG’s sporty, tech-forward variant—highlighting both brands’ commitment to innovation for Indonesia’s growing demand for smart, efficient mobility.
背景
“作为五菱进入印尼八周年庆祝活动的一部分，我们自豪地推出最新的MPV车型——五菱Cortez Darion。秉持‘在印尼，为您打造’的理念，‘Darion’这一名称灵感来源于‘来自印尼’的短语。此外，‘Darion’在希腊语中还有‘礼物’的含义。而‘Cortez’则源自西班牙语单词‘Corteous’，意为威严、自信。自2018年以来，‘Cortez’这一名称一直与五菱的中型MPV密切相关。” 五菱汽车市场运营总监Ricky Christian如是表示。
"As part of the celebration of Wuling’s 8th anniversary in Indonesia, we are proudly unveiling our latest MPV, the Wuling Cortez Darion. In line with the spirit of ‘Built in Indonesia for You,’ the name Darion is inspired by the phrase ‘From Indonesia.’ Additionally, ‘Darion’ also means ‘Gift’ in Greek. Meanwhile, the name Cortez is derived from the Spanish word ‘Corteous,’ which means authoritative. The name Cortez has been associated with Wuling’s medium MPV since 2018.” explained Ricky Christian, Marketing Operation Director of Wuling Motors.

The Wuling Cortez Darion was inspired by Indonesia’s strong family values, offering a renewable energy-powered MPV designed for meaningful family journeys—continuing Wuling’s MPV legacy with next-level electrification.
五菱 Cortez Darion 拥有宽敞且豪华的车内空间，配备自动舒适滑动门与电动天窗等高端配置。该车型提供两种版本：纯电动（EV）车型搭载 150 千瓦电机，续航里程最高可达 540 公里；插电式混合动力（PHEV）车型则结合 1,500 cc 发动机与 145 千瓦电动马达，在纯电模式下续航达 125 公里，总续航超过 1,000 公里。两种版本皆以舒适性、高效能与先进驾驶技术为核心，为用户带来全方位的优质驾乘体验。
The Wuling Cortez Darion boasts a spacious and luxurious cabin, enhanced by features like Autocomfort Sliding Doors and an electric sunroof. It comes in two variants: a fully electric (EV) model with a 150 kW motor and a range of up to 540 km, and a plug-in hybrid (PHEV) version combining a 1,500 cc engine with a 145 kW electric motor, offering over 1,000 km in total range and 125 km in EV-only mode. Both variants focus on delivering comfort, efficiency, and advanced driving technology.

MG4 EV Max
MG4 EV Max 配备了 64 千瓦时电池，续航里程最高可达 540 公里（NEDC 标准），搭载最大功率 203 马力的电动马达，带来迅捷的加速响应。支持直流快速充电和交流充电，配备三种模式的动能回收系统（KERS），并搭载名爵的 i-SMART 智能互联系统，实现远程监控与操控。该车型按照全球安全标准打造，配备多项先进驾驶辅助功能，包括 360 度全景影像、自适应巡航控制、碰撞预警等系统。V2L 外放电功能还可为外部设备供电，提供更多灵活性。
The MG4 EV Max features a 64 kWh battery offering up to 540 km of range (NEDC) and a 203 PS electric motor for responsive acceleration. It supports fast DC and AC charging, includes a 3-mode KERS for energy recovery, and offers MG’s i-SMART technology for remote control and monitoring. Built to global safety standards, it also provides advanced driver assistance features like a 360° camera, adaptive cruise control, and collision warning systems. The V2L feature adds flexibility by allowing the car to power external devices.
MG Cyberster
名爵还推出了MG Cyberster的新配色：珍珠米色车身搭配红色对比车顶。此版本纪念这款电动敞篷跑车在印尼上市一周年。Cyberster不仅外观惊艳，且能在约3.2秒内完成0–100公里/小时的加速，带来令人振奋的性能表现。
MG also introduced a new color option for the MG Cyberster: Beige Pearl with a contrasting red roof. This edition marks the one-year anniversary of the electric roadster’s launch in Indonesia. With 0–100 km/h acceleration in just around 3.2 seconds, the Cyberster not only delivers a striking appearance but also offers thrilling performance.
