1.1 全面规划、开发、维护和拓展多元化招聘渠道,确保各渠道有效满足公司不同岗位的用人需求;

2. 招聘活动执行:

2.1 统筹组织全国性校招、网络招聘会、现场招聘及创新性直播招聘活动;

2.2 负责从活动策划到落地执行的全过程管理。


3. 候选人管理:

3.1 系统化搜集、分类和筛选简历,建立科学的候选人评估体系;

3.2 高效协调面试安排,确保面试流程顺畅进行。


4. 录用管理:

4.1 严格执行背景调查流程,确保录用质量;

4.2 负责与拟录用人员的入职前沟通协调。


5 招聘运营:

5.1 专业撰写各类招聘简章及宣传材料;

5.2 全面维护和更新各招聘网站信息;

5.3 管理招聘相关方的高效沟通。


任职要求:

1. 大专及以上学历,人力资源管理、心理学、企业管理等相关专业优先;

2. 2年以上招聘相关工作经验,有大型企业、猎头或集团招聘经验者优先;

3. 熟悉主流招聘渠道和人才评估方法。

Sr. Tax Accountant

Job Title

工作职责:

1. Tax Compliance & Reporting:

• Prepare and file all statutory tax returns in China accurately and on time.

• Ensure proper tax accruals, reconciliations, and GL postings for month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing.

• Maintain proper documentation (tax returns, payment records, supporting files) in compliance with local and group policies.


2. Tax Planning & Optimization:

• Monitor changes in Chinese tax laws and assess their impact on business operations; provide proactive recommendations to management.

• Identify and implement legally compliant tax-saving opportunities (e.g., tax incentives, restructuring support).

• Participate in tax due diligence and structuring for major transactions (M&A, investments, divestments, contracts).


3. Transfer Pricing (TP) Management:

• Oversee intercompany transactions, ensuring compliance with China’s TP regulations.

• Prepare and maintain TP documentation (Local File, Master File) and support audits.

• Collaborate with HQ and business units to align TP policies with global standards.


4. Tax Audits & Dispute Resolution:

• Act as the primary contact for tax authorities during inspections, audits, or investigations.

• Coordinate with external advisors and legal teams to handle tax disputes or litigation.


5. Cross-Border Tax Coordination:

• Apply China-Germany tax treaty provisions to withholding taxes (dividends, royalties, interest, service fees).

• Support international tax matters (e.g., PE risks, customs duties, VAT on imports/exports).

• Liaise with HQ tax team on global tax projects affecting China operations.


6. Process Improvement & Advisory:

• Provide tax training and guidance to finance and business teams.

• Drive automation (e.g., ERP tax modules) and process optimization.


7. Permanent Establishments (PE):

• Assess PE risks.

• Facilitate PE filings for QD abroad (i.e. India, Asia/Pacific region) in collaboration with external tax advisors, if needed.

• Facilitate PE filings for HQ in China (deemed profit method).


任职要求:

1. Technical Skills:

• Expert knowledge of China tax laws and Chinese GAAP.

• Hands-on experience with ERP (FI/CO modules) and tax filing software.

• Advanced Excel skills for data analysis.

2. Language: Fluent in English (written/spoken, mandatory for HQ reporting).

3. Soft Skills:

• High integrity, risk awareness, and attention to detail.

• Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Adaptability to regulatory changes and ability to work under pressure.Education: Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Tax, or related field.

4. Certifications: CPA/CTA preferred.

TD & Culture Specialist

Job Title

工作职责:

1. Talent Development System Development:

1. 1 Build and optimize a full-cycle Talent Development system (onboarding, technical upskilling, leadership development) based on business needs;

1.2 Manage annual training plans, coordinate internal/external resources, and ensure project execution;

1.3 Design learning paths for critical roles, develop customized courses, and evaluate training ROI.


2. Corporate Culture Promotion:

2.1 Plan and execute employee engagement activities (e.g., cultural campaigns, festivals, team-building) to reinforce company values;

2.2 Promote culture dissemination (internal communications, employee stories, culture walls, Team Interaction Day) to enhance organizational climate;

2.3 Establish employee feedback mechanisms (e.g., surveys, focus groups) to refine culture strategies.


3. Learning Technology & Innovation:

3.1 Explore digital learning tools (LMS, microlearning, AI avatars) to improve training accessibility;

3.2 Utilize new media production tools (e.g. Premiere/CapCut for video editing, Canva for design, PPT animations) to develop interactive courseware (including micro-lesson videos, infographic tutorials, H5 interactive pages, etc.);

3.3 Build internal trainer teams and course libraries to establish a knowledge management system;

3.4 Introduce innovative formats (gamification, action learning) to boost engagement.


4. Public Relations & External Affairs:

4.1 Plan and execute corporate culture communication initiatives, such as CSR reports, executive interviews, and brand storytelling, to enhance public image and social influence;

4.2 Collaborate with Branding & Marketing teams to produce multilingual promotional materials (videos, graphics, H5, etc.), ensuring cultural consistency across global operations;

4.3 Plan and execute high-level corporate visits (e.g., government inspections, client tours), delivering professional presentations and cultural showcases to strengthen brand perception;

4.4 Select and train business leaders as "Culture Ambassadors" to represent the company in external engagements, aligning cultural values with business practices;

4.5 Develop incentive programs to recognize outstanding culture ambassadors, encouraging company-wide participation in brand-building initiatives.


任职要求:

1. 5+ years in training/culture roles, preferably in multinational organizations;

2. Fluent English (for global collaboration);

3. Proficiency in AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT), PPT, and data analysis (Excel/Power BI);

4. Basic design/video editing skills (Canva/CapCut) for training material creation;

5. Proven experience in large-scale projects (e.g., culture transformation, leadership programs);

6. Strong project management and stakeholder collaboration skills;

7. Deep understanding of OD and employee experience, with data-driven mindset.
